Hermes Delivery Problems

Matt & I are extremely sorry and saddened to announce that during our first month selling on Amazon, we experienced awful problems and very poor support from our appointed couriers.

We have now changed to DPD. We are so very sorry some of you received you desk late and or damaged. We were happy to refund all of those customers who suffered and Hermes response to us was to ignore us and just plead ignorance until we went away.

That would be nice !
